PURPOSE: A system and a method for settlement using a membership card are provided to receive particulars using the membership card having a settlement function from a membership card member shop and claim the particulars by adding to a fare of a wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: A member managing tool(610) manages member information using the member ship card. A membership card use particulars managing tool(630) receives the membership card use particulars from the member shop, and stores/manages the data in a database(730). A settlement system information transmitting/receiving tool(650) transmits the membership card use particulars to a mobile communication settlement system in order to add the membership card use particulars to the fare of the mobile terminal.
