The clamping frame (2) is designed as a basic frame comprising various exchangeable components (6) for holding differently shaped parts (5) to be welded or processed as required. A movable component (3) is rotary joined to the frame (2) and fitted with a multitude of clamping elements and tools (7) to be rotated and moved into position as required by the particular task. The component (3) is electrically driven and can be secured with a simple locking element.
