INTERNAL VOLTAGE CONVERTER STRUCTURE TO CONTROL POWER-UP SLOPE OF INTERNAL SUPPLY VOLTAGE

PURPOSE: An internal voltage converter structure to control a power-up slope of an internal supply voltage is provided to provide an internal supply voltage(Vint) increasing rapidly within a required time of a system. CONSTITUTION: According to an internal operation voltage generator circuit of a memory device, a power level detector(120) generates a power-up signal by receiving an external voltage. And an increased voltage generator is connected to the power level detector, and increases an internal operation voltage to a minimum operation voltage when the power-up signal is inputted. And a standby voltage generator maintains the internal operation voltage with at least the minimum operation voltage after the internal operation voltage is increased by the increased voltage generator.
