PURPOSE: A piezoelectric actuator is provided to generate a big displacement amount with an applied low voltage as a supplementary actuator, and to perform a stable operation with regards to a flexure mode generated by expansion and contraction. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate is separated by a slit. The first piezoelectric element unit(10a) is mounted on one side of the separated flexible substrate. The second piezoelectric element unit(10b) is mounted on the other side of the separated flexible substrate to be almost parallel with the first piezoelectric element unit(10a). Connection portions(40) connect the flexible substrate by inserting the slit, and suppress resonance phenomenon of the flexible substrate.
