METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ANTIBIOTICS FOR ASHES IN VAULT USING YELLOW SOIL, ZEOLITE AND SILVER

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing antibiotics for ashes in vault using yellow soil, zeolite and silver to prevent the growth of bacteria in ashes as well as a unpleasant smell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing antibiotics is characterized by the steps of: pulverizing 200g of a silver bar and heating the pulverized silver with 400mL of nitric acid in a dissolving vessel to give a silver solution; neutralizing the silver solution with caustic soda solution(pH13) to give silver crystals; dissolving 200g of the silver crystals in 300mL of water and followed by mixing with 200g of yellow soil and 100g of zeolite and pulverization. The manufactured antibiotics is added to ashes in a molar ratio of 2:10.
