PURPOSE: A magnetic memory, a magnetic memory array, a method for fabricating the magnetic memory, a recording method of the magnetic memory and a method for reading data of the magnetic memory are provided to generate clockwise vortex magnetization and counterclockwise vortex magnetization. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic body(110) comprises a circular-shaped first magnetic layer and a ring-shaped second magnetic layer formed on the first magnetic layer. A ratio of inner diameter(D2) to outer diameter(D1) is 0.1-0.8. And a ratio of the thickness of the first magnetic layer to the thickness of the second magnetic layer is 0.2-5. The first and the second magnetic layer are formed with a room temperature ferroelectric material.
