PURPOSE: Provided is a high hygroscopic and high speed drying fabric which gives fresh wearing sensation, and is effectively used in making sports wares, beddings, and summer clothes. CONSTITUTION: A high hygroscopic and high speed drying fabric comprises: a back film(1) formed with polyolefin or polyolefin yarn with 0.05% or less of regain; a face film(2) with a modified cross section fiber based on polyester or polyamide; and a porous film(3) formed with the same modified cross section fiber as the face film to interconnect the back and the face films. The yarn for the face film and the porous film has a hydrophilic function like cotton or rayon wool with 8% or more of regain.
