摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling cooling of hot blast lines in pulverized coal manufacturing line is provided to prevent rapid temperature increase of the hot blast lines and shorten reoperating time of the line when emergency stopping is occurred during operation. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for controlling cooling of hot blast lines in pulverized coal manufacturing line comprising crusher and hot blast lines(301,701), the apparatus comprises a temperature detecting means(5) installed at an outlet of the hot blast lines; a cooling control means(4) for starting cooling control operation during stopping of the crusher by checking the operation state of the crusher and stopping cooling control operation if the checked temperature values reach a lower limit temperature by checking temperature of the hot blast lines detected by the temperature detecting means; a cooling air supply means for supplying the sucked air to the crusher and hot blast lines by sucking air in the air; a hot blast blocking means which is closed by cooling control starting signals of the cooling control means and opened by cooling control operation stoppage signals to supply and block hot blast air; a cooling air blocking means installed between the cooling air supply means and the crusher and opened by the cooling control starting signals of the cooling control means and closed by the cooling control operation stoppage signals to supply and block cooling air; a cooling air flux control means(2) for adjusting flux of cooling air supplied through the cooling air blocking means as a set value; and a cooling temperature setting means(6) for transmitting the calculated set flux value to the cooling air flux control means after calculating a set flux value of the cooling air required for cooling the cooling air to a target temperature by comparing the cooling temperature values detected in the temperature detecting value with a target cooling temperature.
