PURPOSE: A key holder for transportation means with a voice recording function is provided to record a parking position and recognize the position precisely by giving a voice function to key holders for transportation means such as an automobile or a motor cycle. CONSTITUTION: The key holder(10) for transportation means with a voice recording function is provided in a key holder case(12) with a voice recording and reproducing unit capable of recording and reproducing voices for a predetermined time, the key holder case with a starting key for transportation means fitted and stored therein. The voice recording and reproducing unit includes: a microphone(16); a voice processing IC; a speaker; a recording button(18); and a reproducing button(20).
