The device has a helmet portion equipped with a bored conical bulge (C) at its back side. The conical bulge includes a cylindrical cavity with a thin vertical guide bar configured to engage a pivot (X) provided in central part of a collar section in order to couple the helmet with the collar section. The collar also has two arms, each with a sponge designed to surround the lower part of the users neck.
