PURPOSE: An aroma containing pillow and the preparation method are provided to make a comfortable atmosphere and to induce sound sleep. CONSTITUTION: The aroma containing pillow comprises polyurethane resin foam mixed with aroma powder, in which the polyurethane resin is foam molded. A preparation method of the aroma containing pillow comprises the steps of: adding the aroma powder to a polyurethane resin in a weight ratio of 0.2:100 to 0.8:100; mixing; foam molding; and drying at room temperature for 20 to 72 hours. The pillow contains the aroma and emits the aroma continuously so that the bad smell of synthetic resin is naturally removed.
