APPARATUS FOR LIFTING ROLL OF SEMI-FINISHED TIRE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for lifting a roll of a semi-finished tire is provided which is capable of lifting the roll of the semi-finished tire simply and accurately without a hoist or a crane and reduces a space occupied thereby. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a fixing frame(2) fixed on the ground surface by means of a cylinder support(4); a pneumatic cylinder(3) hingedly connected to the fixing frame(2) and having a load(21) connected to a roll shaft(22) so as to be freely rotatable; and a link(5) having one end hingedly connected to the fixing frame(2) and the other end installed on a roll shaft(10) so as to be freely rotatable. The fixing frame(2) includes a fixed roll mounting frame(24) having a fixed roll(6) for restricting movement of a roll(1), and a supply roll(25) driven by a driving motor(8) and a power transmission device(9) for supplying the semi-finished tire separated from the roll(1) to a forming device.
