ASSEMBLY OF HEAD DRUM OF TAPE RECORDER

PURPOSE: An assembly of a head drum is provided to make a motor stator have a two layer structure so that it reduces a bonding process and a copper clad pattern forming process. CONSTITUTION: The assembly comprises an upper base plate(262) and a lower base plate(261). A coil pattern for generating a torque and a PG(Phase Generation) coil pattern for controlling a phase are distributed on each base plate(262, 261). An FG(Frequency Generation) coil pattern for controlling a constant speed is formed on the lower base plate(261). The base plates(262, 261) include an epoxy base, a copper clad layer, and a protecting layer. The copper clad layer is minutely coated on the epoxy base. The protecting layer is formed on the copper clad layer.
