METHOD FOR MAKING/RELAYING POST-ISSUANCE APPLICATION OF OPEN PLATFORM SMART CARD

PURPOSE: A method for making/relaying post-issuance application of an open platform smart card is provided to make a smart card application by downloading or using a smart card application construction tool as connecting to an application construction web server through wire/wireless communication network. CONSTITUTION: A client receives the smart card application construction tool by connecting to the web server. The client makes the smart card application by using the smart card application construction tool. The client transmits the application to a relay server. The relay server stores/manages the application in a database. The relay server presents the applications stored in the database to the client requesting the application. If the client requesting the application selects/requests the displayed application, the relay server provides the application to the client requesting the application. The client requesting the application loads the application to the smart card.
