PURPOSE: A device for feeding paper in an office equipment is provided to prevent cleaning paper from being damaged by a paper sensor assembly. CONSTITUTION: A pickup roller assembly lifting part(125,150,151,170) is installed related to a paper feeding cassette(120) and a pickup roller assembly to be operated by the paper feeding cassette to contact or separate a pickup roller(134) with or from paper when the paper feeding cassette is mounted at a main frame or dismounted from the main frame. An interworking operation unit connects one of the pickup roller assembly lifting part and the pickup roller assembly with a paper sensor assembly(140) so that the paper sensor assembly interworks with the pickup roller assembly in mounting or dismounting the paper feeding cassette loaded with cleaning paper.
