<p>The valve (35) has a housing (70) with an interior chamber (90) connected to a by-pass opening, an outlet opening (100), and an inlet opening (95). A shut-off valve (75) is set within the chamber, and moved between a first position to direct fluid flow to the by-pass opening and a second position to direct flow to the outlet opening. A spring (80) energizes the shut-off valve to the first position. An internal flow path with a venturi, is formed through the shut-off valve.</p> |
