<p>A microphone (30) and the loudspeakers (32) are arranged adjacently at same location. The microphone senses acoustic noise field of a noise source (24). A correction unit adjusts input signal from microphone for compensating non-linear characteristics of microphone and loudspeakers. The loudspeakers generate acoustic output field from the generated antinoise signal opposite in phase to input signal of microphone. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) acoustic noise reduction method; and (2) acoustic noise control system.</p> |
