PURPOSE: A wrong alarm preventing method is provided to prevent a wrong alarm by sensing a blue lane, i.e. a bus lane, with a black CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Image of lane is taken by using a black CCD camera, and the taken image is input into an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(110). Signals processed by the ECU are input into an image display, the signals are converted into binary signals, and the binary signals are displayed on the image display(120). Edges are extracted from the displayed image(130). A lane modeling process is performed by using a linear equation(140). A lane is checked, a blue line is eliminated and a final bus line is determined(150, 160, 170).
