PURPOSE: A holographic digital data storage disk cartridge and a device for loading the same are provided to expose only data storage part of a disk to light, thereby improving the storage efficiency of data. CONSTITUTION: An upper case(12) and a lower case(13) have a holographic digital data storage disk within the cases, and have elongated holes(12a) for recording and reproduction respectively. A door(14) is installed on a top of the upper case to move rectilinearly in a diameter direction, and has a combining boss(15) formed, having a beam passing hole(15a) communicated with the elongated hole of the upper case. A spring(16) is provided for granting force of restitution to the door by fixing one end at the upper case and the other end at the door.
