PURPOSE: A charging processing system and method for detecting an incomplete call and integrating distributed data in an IMT-2000 system is provided to exactly and rapidly execute billing by integrating and processing dispersedly stored call description information, while detecting incomplete calls in real time. CONSTITUTION: A charging processing system for detecting an incomplete call and integrating distributed data in an IMT-2000 system is comprised of a subscriber terminal(10), a GSN(20), CGs(Charging Gateways)(100,110), and a charging system(130). The GSN(GPRS Support Node)(20) comprises an SGSN(Serving GSN) and a GGSN(Gateway GSN). The SGSN traces the location of the subscriber terminal(10) through the medium of a wireless network, and executes a security function and access control. The GGSN is for interworking with an external packet switching network. The CGs(100,110) carry out a series of work necessary to execute charging after detecting calls, dependent on the use of various data services, and processing dispersedly stored call information. The charging system(130) receives call information from the CGs(100,110) and adjusts service fees.
