PURPOSE: A transmission apparatus is provided to prevent a transmission shock and achieve improved accuracy of transmission by arranging a multiple disk wet clutch to an input shaft. CONSTITUTION: A transmission apparatus comprises a transmission clutch(110) mounted on an input shaft of the transmission apparatus, wherein the transmission clutch controls power of an engine transmitted through a driving plate(112); an oscillating clutch(120) mounted on an output shaft of the transmission apparatus, wherein the oscillating clutch oscillates a vehicle after completion of transmission of the transmission apparatus; a synchronizer(130) mounted on the output shaft of the transmission apparatus, wherein the synchronizer performs a transmitting operation by being interlocked with the transmitting operation of the transmission clutch; an electric oil pump arranged to form a hydraulic pressure by being driven by a motor, wherein the electric oil pump prevents a transmission shock by being driven independently of an engine stop even in case of idle stop of the vehicle; and a hydraulic pressure control circuit for controlling operations of clutches, synchronizer and the electric oil pump.
