PURPOSE: A method and a device for accumulating and continuously feeding paper sheets and a rotary member thereof are provided to smoothly accumulate and feed the paper sheets by preventing a block-up of an accumulating and continuous feeding process and to cut down the maintenance cost by expanding a use period of the rotary member. CONSTITUTION: In a method for an accumulating process for piling up paper sheets(2) transferred from a conveying unit to an accumulating unit by dropping the paper sheets and a continuous feeding process for continuously supplying the paper sheets stacked on the accumulating unit to the conveying unit, a rotary member having a changeable piece for changing the radius distance between a front end and a rotary shaft is positioned near a connection part of the conveying unit and the accumulating unit. For the accumulating process, the rotary member rotates in the accumulative direction to beat and drop the paper sheets to the changeable piece of which the radius distance is spread. For the continuous feeding process, the rotary member rotates in the continuous feeding direction to permit the continuous feeding of the paper sheets.
