PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus are provided to achieve improved operating ability of lead screw by enhancing the accuracy of pitch surface of lead screw. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a material injection step and a product forming and extracting step. The product forming and extracting step includes a process of forming a product in a cavity and preventing a formation of parting line on the pitch surface of the lead screw by extracting the product through the rotation of the cavity. An apparatus comprises an injection unit for injecting a material, and a cavity for forming a product. The cavity includes a gate block(10) for supplying a material; a cavity block(11) for forming a product; and a plurality of guide blocks(13) arranged to slide in an axial direction, and which accommodate a shaft member(12) for rotation of the cavity block.
