PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing specification writing through a data communication network are provided to enable an inventor to easily examine specification contents written by the inventor, and perform a business for searching/comparing with a fast technology and an application business for the written specification. CONSTITUTION: User terminals(2-1¯2-N) connect to a specification writing management system(10). A specification writing management server(100) performs overall function according to various signals received from the user terminals. Attorney terminals(110-1¯110-N) perform a work for writing/examining the specification and the feedback of a corresponding result by connecting to the specification writing management server. A database server(200) stores/manages the data such as a specification file and other personal information. A technology exchange server(800) performs a settlement related function by linking with an electronic settlement server(40), receives a technology exchange request, and performs the feedback of a processing result.
