PURPOSE: Provided is a composition for prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases, which provides an effective amount of enzyme precursors to activate major enzymes and consequently to prevent and treat geriatric diseases, such as hyperlipemia, hypertension, Burger's disease and the like. CONSTITUTION: A composition for prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases is characterized by containing pulverized niacin, ginkgo flavone, tocopherol, calcium, riboflavin, thiamin nitrate, cyanocobalamin, retinol acetate, methionine, glycoside and allicin, with at least one selected from conventional diluents, antioxidants, preservatives, auxiliary solvents, disintergrants, lubricants, binding agents, and solvents.
