PURPOSE: A variable intake system of a vehicle with noise reducing function is provided to prevent sudden increase of noise by applying force to an opening and closing plate of a manifold valve closed when not operated so as to cut off vibration due to an engine and outside vibration. CONSTITUTION: An intake system comprises a vacuum actuator(31) having an operating unit(30) opening and closing a manifold valve placed in a channel of an intake manifold to control a flowing channel of fuel-air mixture, and forming vacuum negative pressure to absorb and reduce vibration transmitted from the manifold valve; and an operating rod operating an opening and closing plate of the manifold valve by vacuum negative pressure formed in the vacuum actuator. The vacuum actuator comprises a negative pressure diaphragm(31a) forming a hermetic space to discharge air therein and form negative pressure; the operating rod having one end fixed to a rotary rod of the manifold valve, and the other end fixed to a rubber spring(31c) of the negative pressure diaphragm; a shock absorber(31d) preventing sudden movement of the operating rod; and a negative pressure spring(31e) returning the operating rod to initial position together with the rubber spring.
