PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to properly control the flow of chambers having various capacities by controlling the flow of fluid flowing in a pre-load passage. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve is composed of a second air cylinder(180) installed at the outside of a pre-load passage(138) and having an air injection hole(182), a control knob(190) coupled to one end of the second air cylinder, a second piston(200) moving according to the pressure of injected air and having a first through hole(204), a second compression spring(210) supporting the second piston elastically, a second shaft(230) connected to the second piston, a second sealing plate(220) connected to the second shaft and opening/closing the pre-load passage, and a third shaft(240). The third shaft is connected to the control knob, and is coupled to the pre-load passage.
