摘要 <p>Plate manufacture for mimeographic printing comprises melting a printing plate material for heat sensitive mimeographic printing comprising a thermoplastic resin film of required thickness, by heating a thermal head to form ink-permeable openings. Plate manufacture for mimeographic printing comprises melting a printing plate material for heat sensitive mimeographic printing comprising a thermoplastic resin film of required thickness, by heating a thermal head to form ink-permeable openings. Many fine recesses are formed on one surface of the film. The surface of the opposite side to the surface with the fine recesses is heated by an energy sufficient for melt communication of the thick part of the fine recess base with the thermal head and by an energy output which is insufficient for melt communication of the thick film parts, other than the recess base, to form ink-permeable openings through which a melted component can pass into the fine recesses. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a mimeographic printing plate manufacture device with a printing plate material supply part, a means for forming the fine recesses and a heating means for forming the ink-permeable recesses; and (2) a mimeographic printing machine.</p>
