PURPOSE: A PCB is provided to utilize effectively PCB space by burying an electronic circuit element for impedance matching into a card slot. CONSTITUTION: A PCB includes a card slot(10). The card slot accommodates a card having a signal input/output pin and an electronic part and includes a data communication pin corresponding to the signal input/output pin, a power line pin(11b), and a ground pin(11c). An electronic circuit element is buried into the card slot for impedance matching with the card. An end of the electronic circuit element is connected to the data communication pin and the other end is connected to anyone of the power line pin and the ground pin.
