DATA STORAGE MEDIA STORING CONTROL DATA FOR CONTROLLING BUFFERING STATE OF MARKUP DOCUMENT, AND SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REGENERATING SAME DATA STORAGE MEDIA

PURPOSE: A data storage media, and its regenerating system and method are provided to properly present a markup document by controlling a buffering state of the markup document though some of a pre-load target file is not completely pre-loaded. CONSTITUTION: The data storage media comprises the first program code and the second program code. The first program code performs a buffering process for pre-loading the markup document. The second program code outputs data for notifying whether the buffering process is finished. Accordingly, in a case that AV data stored at a DVD is regenerated and the AD data and its related markup documents are displayed via a markup document, the buffering state of the markup document can be checked. So when the markup document can not be buffered because a disc is physically damaged or a network is not connected, a substitute markup document can be used or a natural document pass-over operation can be performed.
