PURPOSE: A button assembly of portable computer is provided to make a user conveniently use a structure such as a joining structure of various parts, an installing structure of a stylus pen, a supporting structure of the portable computer, and an attaching/detaching structure of an HDD(Hard Disk Drive), and realize efficient assembly on a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A button PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is electrically connected to a main board and has a plurality of contact switches having a control function. A button cover(241) is installed to one side of a rear cover and includes a push operation tool at a position matched with the contact switch of the button PCB. The first hook and hook hanging groove(246a,246) join the button cover and the button PCB. The second hook and hook hanging projection(247a,247) join the button cover and the rear cover.
