发明名称 PRODUCTION METHOD OF FILAMENTOUS NANO CARBON
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of filamentous nano carbon with diameter of 5-30nm, not containing hollows, and developed graphite structure by using metal alloy catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The filamentous nano carbon has the following characteristics of: (i) more than 95wt.% of carbon content; (ii) 5-30nm of filament diameter; (iii) more than 20 of aspect ratio; (iv) no continuous hollows inside filaments; (v) carbon hexagonal plane facing to the axis of filaments at an angle of 90degrees(columnar structure) or 10-45degrees(herringbone structure); (vi) 0.3370-0.3700nm of distance between carbon hexagonal planes and 2.0nm(more than 6 layers) of thickness of layered carbon hexagonal plane. The production method of Ni-Fe alloy catalyst using Ni as a main catalyst and Fe as an auxiliary catalyst, comprises the steps of: mixing nickel nitrate(or acetate) solution and iron nitrate(or acetate), adding 0.1-60wt.% of carbon black with low crystallinity and specific surface area under 100m¬2/g for Ni and Fe-dispersed carbon black; oxidizing carbon black, carrier, between 300-550deg.C by using gas mixed with Ar, He and N2 containing 5-40vol.% of O2 to be 1wt.% or less of carbon black; reducing carbon black between 400-520deg.C for 1-48hrs through 1-3 times by using gas mixed with Ar, He and N2 containing 5-40vol.% of H2. The filamentous nano carbon, applied to transparent and opaque films, composites, electromagnetic shields, capacity electrodes, etc., is produced by flowing 0.5-30sccm of mixed gas of H2 and saturated(or unsaturated) hydrocarbon containing C2-C6 such as ethylene, caethylene, propane, etc. per 1mg of catalyst into a horizontal or vertical furnace, and thermal treating at 300-499deg.C for 2-720min. The Ni-Fe alloy catalyst has a Ni/Fe weight ratio between 0.1/0.9 - 0.95/0.05, Ni-Co alloy catalyst has a Ni/Co weight ratio between 0.05/0.95 - 0.95/0.05, and Ni-Mo alloy catalyst has a Ni/Mo weight ratio between 0.1/0.9 - 0.9/0.1.
