摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatically controlling heat load of furnace body of blast furnace are provided to disperse heat load of stave of the furnace body by automatically controlling flow rate of cooling water per the zones according to stave temperature distribution in a plurality of zones. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of lower headers(9) positioned in a lower part of T1 stage of main system staves to supply cooling water per zones; a lower main header(8) installed around the furnace body in a ring-shaped pipe type and connected to an end of the plurality of lower headers; a plurality of upper headers(10) positioned on an upper part of S7 stage of the main system staves so that cooling water discharged to per the zones is moved through the upper headers; an upper main header(13) which is installed around the furnace body in a ring-shaped pipe type, one end of which is connected to the plurality of upper headers, and the other end of which is connected to the stave cooling water state control part; a stave cooling water state control part(30) for controlling the state of cooling water feedback circulated to the upper main header from the lower main header; a plurality of stave temperature detectors(7) which are installed on the main system staves respectively to detect temperature of the staves(1); a plurality of flow rate detectors(12) for detecting flow rate of cooling water discharged from the upper headers; a plurality of cooling water flow rate control valves(19) positioned between the plurality of upper headers and the upper main header to control flow rate of cooling water per each zone by opening the valves according to output signals of the control part; and a control part(20) for controlling opening degree of the plurality of cooling water flow rate control valves per zone by operating a set cooling water flow rate value per zone after receiving detection values of the plurality of stave temperature detectors and detection values of the plurality of flow rate detectors.
