PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a height of a bicycle saddle is provided which is easily mounted on a bicycle and enables a rider to easily adjust a height of the bicycle saddle even during traveling by simply manipulating a valve using a lever provided at a handle. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a housing fixedly inserted into a saddle post(120); a gas spring having a cylinder slidably moving up and down and a gas spring checking valve(50) for gas injection; and a valve operating means for opening or closing a valve of the gas spring. The valve operating unit includes an operation rod(10), a push member and a lever(122) provided at a handle and having one end fixed to a hinge shaft(121) fixed on a saddle post(120) and the other end connected to a cable(123), so that a bicycle rider easily controls the valve using the lever(122).
