PURPOSE: A magic lotto is provided to maximize AD(ADvertisement) and PR(Public Relations) effect of a company by making a customer confirm the hidden premium contents when the magic lotto is exposed to an additional light source. CONSTITUTION: The first pattern layer(20) is formed to one side of a transparent or semi-transparent sheet(10) by using a blue ink. The characterized premium contents are printed to a part of the first pattern layer. To hide the premium contents printed on the first pattern layer, the second pattern layer(30) is formed on the first pattern layer by using a red ink. An Internet address of the company is printed on the first pattern layer by hiding a part of the premium contents. A protection coating layer(40) not to easily expose the premium contents of the first pattern layer hidden by the second pattern layer is coated on the second pattern layer. The customer conforms the premium contents by exposing the magic lotto to a premium confirming window offered from the Internet site of the company.
