PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a health food containing an extract of the cultured root of wild ginseng by mixing an extract of the cultured root of wild ginseng, a red ginseng extract, a herbal extract or the like is provided. The manufactured health food effectively enhances stamina and physical performance, removes fatigue, prevents aging and adult diseases, increases exercise capacity, and improves immunity. CONSTITUTION: A health food containing an extract of the cultured root of wild ginseng comprises 1.0 to 50% by weight of an extract of the cultured root of wild ginseng, 30 to 500% by weight of a red ginseng extract, 10 to 500% by weight of a Lycii Cortex Radicis, 5 to 50% by weight of Rubi Fructus, 5 to 20% by weight of Torilidis Fructus, 5 to 25% by weight of Nelumbinis Semem, 1 to 20% by weight of Schizandrae Fructus and 1 to 20% by weight of Cuscutae Semem. It is manufactured into a beverage, a soft and hard gelatin capsule, a suspension, an extract and powder.
