A video signal which has been subjected to a non-linear processing is subjected to a three-dimensional correction for a signal level according to a horizontal direction position and vertical direction position of a pixel on a display screen of an image display block and a signal level of the pixel data by using a three-dimensional correction value. An independent claim is also included for an image display apparartus.
