PURPOSE: A portable apparatus for air-purification and electronic wave elimination is provided to ensure a walker to stably breathe while staying at a specific place or while moving. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a housing(1), a high-pressure generator(3) which is mounted inside the housing(1) and generates anion, a battery(7) which is mounted on the side of the generator(3) and supplies power to the high-pressure generator(3), a controller(9) which is mounted inside the housing(1) and controls the high-pressure generator(3), and a tourmaline structure formed on the surface of the housing(1). The apparatus further has an on/off switch installed in the housing(1) to operate the controller(9) and an anion control switch.
