PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a natural wood patterned doorsill is provided to have excellent durability and appearance. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a natural wood patterned doorsill comprises the steps of: preparing the appropriate female frame and male frame to a doorsill structure; applying brighteners to the inner surface of the female frame; applying and hardening isotype unsaturated polyester high-glossy transparent gel-coat resins on the inner surface of the female frame applied with brighteners; forming primary wood patterns by applying a dark A-type dye composite added with hardeners to a portion of the hardened female frame; forming wood patterns harmonized in A-color and B-color by applying the lighter B-type dye composite than the A-type dye composite added with hardeners on the female frame having the primary wood patterns; hardening the dye composite; manufacturing a resin composite by mixing general ortho-type unsaturated polyester resins and powdered limestone in a ratio of 1 to 1.5 or 1 to 2, adding and mixing 0.06 or 0.09 weight percent base composite for 100 weight percent resins, and adding 1 or 1.2 weight percent hardener for 100 weight percent resins; pouring the resin composite to the wood patterned female frame, then covering up the male frame and tightening to make the female frame and the male frame engaged together; hardening the resin composite; and dismantling a form and surfacing.
