PURPOSE: A prefabricated water tank is provided to enhance the efficiency of assembling work, to improve insulating function of the water tank, and to improve the strength of the tank against water pressure. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated water tank includes a wall(100); an upper plate(300); and a bottom plate(200). The wall includes section steel pillar(110) set apart at regular intervals and each having a recess(111) on both sides; steel deck wall plates(120) supported by the section steel pillar(110); resin wall plate sheets(130) that are applied to inner surfaces of the wall plates(120); and tie bolts(140) for interconnecting the section steel pillar(110) on the opposite sides. Also, insulating plates(150) are inserted into the recesses(111) formed on the section steel pillar(110) to insulate the steel deck wall plates(120).
