The shaft operates an axial rotation operation, tilting operation and a reciprocating operation along an axial direction. A display plate (25) with display is fixed to the main body. The display is kept unchanged and steady without being rotated or tilted, and seen through a see-through part of a knob (22). The see-through part is provided on a knob to see through in a direction along the shaft. |
