PURPOSE: A vibration controlling apparatus of a pulverizer for producing pulverized coal is provided to detect a level of vibration generated from the pulverizer and to vary an amount of coal supplied to the pulverizer according to the level of vibration, thereby dampening vibration to reduce friction resistance of roll tires. CONSTITUTION: The vibration controlling apparatus comprises: a vibration measuring device(34) installed under a pulverizer(30) and measuring a level of vibration of the pulverizer(30) due to friction resistance of roll tires(30a,30b); a vibration converter(35) for converting the level of vibration in the form of a pulse signal into a current signal; an average vibration calculator(36) for calculating an average value of the levels of vibration output from the vibration converter(35); a vibration/coal supply converter(37) having a value set as an amount of coal to be supplied for converting the average vibration output from the average vibration calculator(36) into an amount of coal supplied and outputting a vibration corrected coal supply amount; a vibration corrected coal supply setting device(23) for summing the vibration corrected coal supply amount output from the vibration/coal supply converter(37) and the value set as the amount of coal to be supplied; and a coal supply amount outputting device(21) for controlling a coal supplying device(20) to supply coal as much as calculated by the vibration corrected coal supply setting device(23).
