PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for enriching oxygen having a compact size and capable of providing a user with oxygen-enriched air according to various using states. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an oxygen enriching unit(2) for generating oxygen-enriched air and a drawing means(5) to draw the oxygen-enriched air from the oxygen enriching unit, wherein the oxygen-enriched air generated by the oxygen enriching unit has an oxygen concentration ranging from about 25 % to 35 %.
