PURPOSE: A plate for micro bored bearing is provided which is capable of improving productivity and reducing bearing cost by forming micro grooves in the bearing plate production process without adding of processing process, and a manufacturing method of the plate for micro bored bearing is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of plate for micro bored bearing comprising a process of rolling a roll shaped steel product; a process of degreasing the rolled steel product; and a process of pressure welding the degreased steel product to an aluminum alloy layer, the manufacturing method comprises the processes of arranging wires having diameter of about 10 μm between the steel product(8) and the aluminum alloy layer(10) with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance so that the wires are laid down between the steel product and the aluminum alloy layer in the pressure welding process of the steel product and the aluminum alloy layer; and forming micro grooves by pressure welding the steel product and the aluminum alloy layer along with the wires, wherein the manufacturing method further comprises the process of varying pitch of the micro grooves by adjusting diameter of the wires and arrangement distance of the wires.
