PURPOSE: A device for fixing vehicle body panels is provided to reduce the number of parts and enable reduction of the weight by controlling vehicle body panels of different standards respectively, with one cylinder member. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing vehicle body panels comprises a locator(10) on which the vehicle body panels are seated; a link member one end of which is turnably mounted to a side of the locator; a clamp member(40) connected to the link member; a guide plate(30) installed to a side of the locator; a cylinder member(43) installed to a side of the locator; and a sensor member. The tip of the clamp member controls the vehicle body panels. The guide plate forms an elongated hole(31) in the longitudinal direction. In the cylinder member, the tip of a rod(45) is connected to one end of the clamp member, and a guide pin, to be inserted in the elongated hole of the guide plate and guided, is installed to a side of the rod. The sensor member senses the movement of the rod of the cylinder member.
