PURPOSE: A pressure-adjustable gas spring is provided to uniformly maintain elastic rebound force of the gas spring even in case of an outflow of gas and in case of at an ultimate temperature area by installing an adjusting unit, capable of adjusting the pressure of gas, to one end of a pipe of the gas spring and making a user selectively adjust the inner pressure of the gas spring. CONSTITUTION: A pressure-adjustable gas spring comprises a pipe(10) to one end of which a fixing clip(11) is combined; a rod(20) one end of which is inserted in the pipe; a piston(30) fitted into the distal end portion of the rod installed in the pipe; a sealing member(40) shutting tight the pipe to prevent gas filled in the pipe from flowing out; and a pressure-adjusting member(60) screwed on the end of the pipe, to move the position of the sealing member. Another fixing clip(21) is combined to the other end of the rod. A guide groove(32), through which gas moves, is formed to a side of the piston.
