PURPOSE: An active matrix organic field emitting display and a fabrication method therefore are provided to make a simplification of a process and to reduce a parasitic capacitance between a metal wirings. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel display comprises a semiconductor layer(220,320) having an impurity region for source(221,321)/drain(225,325), a gate insulating film formed on a front surface of a plate, a gate electrode(230) and a source/drain electrode formed on the gate insulating film, an insulating film formed on a front surface of the plate and having a plurality of contact holes(242,243,245,246,251,255,341-345) exposing respectively the source(221)/drain region(225) and the source/drain electrode, a pixel electrode(250) formed on the insulating film, and a plurality of connection lines(500,510,520) connecting respectively the impurity region for the source/drain and the source/drain electrode through the plurality of contact holes. One among the connection line is connected with the pixel electrode.
