A drinks bottle has a cap closure (V) with an outer cap (1) over an inner cap with limited freedom of rotation. The outer cap has an inspection aperture (8) providing a view of a mark on the interior cap. The outer cap is coupled to the inner cap by a pick-up projection that closes the inner cap following filling, and to open the inner cap during the first operation by the consumer. The inner cap esp. has a blocking assembly that may be loosened by rotation of the outer cap, brining the inspection aperture into alignment with the marking. The cap further has a locking mechanism between the inner and outer caps.
