The spindle (16) passes through a piston (18) and moves it upward as it turns. It engages small projections on the inside of the bore so that the piston moves upward quickly on the coarse thread (16a) and then slows down and it moves onto the fine thread (15b). The space surrounding the spindle (5) is filled with the creme and there is a lid (27) at the top of the space. The creme is forced out through a slit (28) in the lid.
