PURPOSE: Provided is a quarantine facility of a building which forms a quarantine sprayer in the building to spray quarantine solution at regular intervals automatically and stays the solution in the air so that it helps to exterminate insects directly. CONSTITUTION: The quarantine facility of the building comprises the parts of: plural quarantine sprayers(20) which are respectively placed in the building to spray quarantine solution stored at a quarantine solution box; a main controller which is connected to plural sensors of the quarantine sprayer to control the quarantine sprayer; a lamp(11) which blocks an ultraviolet ray emitted from light source in the building to form a blocking film for preventing insects from being flown in; and a glass window(12) which includes a film for blocking the ultraviolet ray to block the ultraviolet ray from being transmitted to the building.
